Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Roster (“Roster”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Roster platform at rosterforms.com and the services we provide. By creating an account, publishing a funnel or otherwise using Roster, you agree to these terms. If you are using Roster on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. What Roster does
Roster lets you build branded enquiry forms, offer pages and consultation forms, publish them on your own link, capture leads, and send automated follow-up messages by email and, where available, WhatsApp. Features available to you depend on your plan.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate account details (including a valid email and mobile number) and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
4. Free build, trials and billing
You can build and preview a funnel for free. To publish it live you choose a plan and start a 14-day free trial. We collect your payment card to start the trial and charge the plan fee only when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing date. Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling before your trial ends means you are not charged. After billing starts, cancelling stops future renewals; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the current month except where required by law. Your published pages stay live until the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Roster to send spam or unlawful messages, to collect data without a proper lawful basis, or to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful or infringes others’ rights. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your messages and data handling, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and with the terms of any third-party platform we connect to on your behalf (such as WhatsApp and email providers).
7. Your content and your leads
You own the content you create and the lead data your forms collect. You grant us a licence to host, process and display that content as needed to provide the service. As between you and us, you are the controller of your leads’ personal data and Roster acts as your processor; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data on your behalf.
8. WhatsApp and email delivery
Messaging is sent through third-party providers and is subject to their rules, approval processes and availability. We cannot guarantee that any individual message is delivered, opened or approved. Where WhatsApp delivery is not available, we may fall back to email so a lead is not missed.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Roster available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend access for maintenance, security or to address misuse.
10. Intellectual property
Roster, its software, design and brand are owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Roster is provided on an “as is” basis, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
12. Termination
You may stop using Roster at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or to comply with the law. On termination your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Roster after changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
